The Gervasi winery menu offers three distinct dining options. The Bistro, a rustic, upscale Italian restaurant; The Crush House, a casual contemporary café by day, lounge by night; and The Piazza, a seasonal outdoor restaurant. If you’re coming during the day, enjoy lunch outside and take in the picturesque landscape and spring-fed lake. If dining at night, The Bistro is housed inside a beautifully renovated 19th century barn and offers a wide array of salads, homemade pastas and wood-fired pizzas. 

TASTE - Gervasi Vineyard WInes

You’ll find over 20 wine varietals at Gervasi Vineyard, from sweet whites to bold reds. Before your meal, enjoy the Lucello, Gervasi’s Gold Medal Pinot Grigio. And if you’re dining at the Bistro, order the Truscano Sangiovese, the vineyard’s flagship wine. This wine is heartier and great with meals such as pasta and red meats. If you can’t settle on just one wine, order a flight of three and enjoy.
