Flats East Bank Festival of the Arts:

Flats East Bank will host Cleveland’s second annual Flats Festival of the Arts this August! Notable local and national artists will exhibit and sell their work by Cleveland’s waterfront, Aug. 19-20.

Flats Festival of the Arts is a free event, open to the public, on Aug. 19 from 11am - 8pm and Aug. 20 from 11am - 5pm. The event will also feature many of the region's most talented musicians and dancers. Flats Festival of the Arts will support Cleveland School of the Arts and the nonprofit H.E.L.P.
